Super Loads: $1.50- $1.65 per mile or slow move rate
Slow Move: $55.00- $65.00 per hour
Height Pole: $ 70.00 1st.25 miles
Height pole: $1.50-$1.65 per mile or slow move rate
Chase Car: $65.00 1st. 25 miles
Chase Car: $1.45- $1.60 per mile or slow move rate
Day Rate: $350.00-$450.00 per day/hour vs. miles
Hourly Rate: $55.00- $65.00 per hour
Route Surveys: $1.35 per mile (takes two people) $225.00 per day minimum
Mini Runs: $150.00 under 100 miles, less than 3 hours-$50.00 each additional hour
Down Time: $43.75 per hour (first hour free)
Day Down Time: $350.00 per day
No Go`s: $200.00 show up for load, after driver has been dispatched
Dead Head: $.65 per mile when applicable
Standbys: $150.00 per day (kept home waiting for a call from dispatch)
Motel: $65.00 per night (weekday)
Motel: weekend & holidays, cost of motel
Traffic Control: $40.00 per hour-minimum 2 hours

Pilot Car Services and Rates are as follows: (Effective 1-01-2008)

Definition of downtime:Truck breakdown, flat tires, waiting on permits or other escorts, driver stopping unnecessarily, stopping early, speeding, or any other violation, etc.

These rates are a guideline, this is not a contract. All prices are negotiable.

                                                    Payment terms:
All invoices are payable upon receipt in U. S. Funds, All payable Receipts are due in 15 days from  invoice date. Late payment charge will apply at 2% percent interest every 15 days.
